Justin Timberlake's Selfie Helps Change The Law
Remember Justin Timberlake’s voting selfie last October? You know the one he got in trouble for because it's forbidden or more like illegal to take a selfie in the voting booth. At least in Tennesssee it is. Well JT showed them. Justin didn’t just break the law but he may have actually helped change the law. It turns out the powers to be in the singer’s home state of Tennessee have reconsidered a law that made polling-station selfies illegal.
On April 13th, the Tennessee Senate approved legislation to allow photos in polling places but now the bill just needs House approval to make it an official law. You go JT!
