Mozart's The Magic Flute tells the life-affirming message: love conquers all. This unique tale combines myth, magic, and a remarkable variety of wonderful music. A handsome prince and his comical sidekick are given enchanted musical instruments and tasked with rescuing the Queen of the Night’s daughter from a mysterious group of priests. Encountering trials of virtue, discretion, and charity, they realize that all may not be as it seems in this magical land. Award-winning costumes from Zandra Rhodes add to the magic of this delightful performance.

Get your tickets now for any of these performances at SeattleOpera.org. There are also discounts for students age 18 and under for the matinee performances on Sunday, May 14th and Sunday, May 21st.
